Blood Orange Ginger Cranberry Mojito


.5 oz Blood Orange Liquor

1.5 oz White Rum with

.25 oz Cranberry

Muddled dash of Sugar Mint and Fresh Lime

.5 oz Ginger Syrup

Stir Vigorously


Ginger Syrup:

Ingredient/Supplies


Sliced Fresh Ginger

Sugar

Water

Pot/Stove


Directions:

Bring 1.5 cups of Sugar and 4 cups of water to a boil

Add in Fresh Ginger Slices Stir for 10 mins

Let sit over night or wait until cool down



Spiced Pomegranate Martini


1.5 oz Vodka

2 oz Fresh Pomegranate juice

.5 oz Fresh lemon

.75 oz Cardamom Syrup

Shake Vigorously with Ice, Strain


Cardamom Syrup:


Ingredient/Supplies

Cardamom Pods

Sugar

Water

Pot/Stove


Directions:

Bring 1.5 cups of Sugar and 4 cups of water to a boil

Add in Cardamom Pods

Stir for 10 mins

Let sit over night or wait until cool down



Pepperoncini Margarita


1.5 oz Tequila

.5 oz Chile Syrup

A dash of Pepperoncini Juice

.5oz Orange Liqueur

A half lemon squeezed

Add ice and Shake, then Strain


Chili Syrup:


Ingredients/Supplies

5-8 Chili Peppers

3 tbsp Chili Flakes

Sugar

Water

Pot/Stove


Directions:

Bring 1.5 cups of Sugar and 4 cups of water to a boil

Add in Chili Flakes and Chili Peppers

Stir for 10 mins

Let sit over night or wait until cool down
