This month's cocktails can't decide what's better, the citrus, floral, or the spice! So why not all three?

1.5 oz Yuzu Gin
5 grapes, muddled

0.75 oz Campari
0.5 oz lemon juice
Ice (big cube preferred)

Muddle the grapes with the simple syrup and Campari in a shaker.
Add the yuzu gin and lemon juice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain and pour the mixture over a large ice cube in a glass.
Garnish with a lemon wheel or extra grapes for a fresh, vibrant touch.
Add a dash of nutmeg on top! You’ll thank me later
The Enzoni is perfect for an afternoon gathering or an evening cocktail party. The refreshing citrus notes from the yuzu gin and the subtle sweetness of the grapes create an irresistible drink your guests will love.
Clarified Lavender Gin Fizz
Looking for a cocktail that’s not only delicious but also a conversation starter? The Clarified Lavender Gin Fizz takes the classic gin fizz to the next level by incorporating a clarified infusion of lavender, gin, and Earl Grey tea. The result? A smooth, elegant, and slightly floral cocktail that’s both refreshing and refined.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Clarified Lavender Gin
0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
0.25 oz lemon juice
Club soda or Prosecco (for topping)
Instructions:
Clarify the Lavender Gin:
Combine 1 part milk, 1 part gin, and a teaspoon of loose-leaf Earl Grey tea with a splash of lemon juice. Let it sit for 24 hours to infuse the flavors.
Strain through a coffee filter twice to achieve a crystal-clear lavender gin infusion.
Once your clarified lavender gin is ready, combine it with elderflower liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a glass and top with either club soda for a lighter fizz or Prosecco for a bit of sparkle.
Garnish with a sprig of lavender or a lemon twist.
This cocktail brings a delicate floral flavor, and the clarification process ensures the drink is smooth and visually stunning. The elderflower liqueur adds a lovely touch of sweetness, balancing the gin’s complexity. Perfect for a wedding, an elegant dinner party, or a casual get-together with friends.
Chai Gold Rush-Whiskey
For those who love rich, spiced flavors, the Chai Gold Rush is a must-try. This twist on the classic Gold Rush cocktail uses chai whiskey for a warm, comforting drink with a kick of spice. Whether it’s a chilly evening or you’re simply craving something a bit different, this drink hits the spot.
Ingredients:
2 oz Chai Whiskey (Wildmoon makes an excellent version, or you can infuse your own!)
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
Instructions:
Combine the chai whiskey, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice, or serve neat if you prefer.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick or an orange twist to enhance the spiced aroma.
The Chai Gold Rush is perfect for those who enjoy a more aromatic, spiced drink that’s both cozy and refreshing. It’s a great option for fall or winter events, but it can easily be enjoyed year-round.
